Warranty 

We are proud of our products. If you have a problem, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. If your product needs a revamp after a few years of wear, we will gladly do that too! Contact us for pricing. Please include return shipping fees with your item. Contact us for a shipping estimate.

Crystal Care Information 

    Swarovski crystals are BEAUTIFUL and hold up quite well, but they are 100% real crystal. They will crush if slammed into objects and will occasionally crack if they are dropped.  Extreme temperature changes and sweat may damage stones.  The best way to keep your stones looking brand new is to avoid sweat. Salt from sweat is what wears down the stones and causes lost stones. If you wipe your set off after each use, it will stay new looking for years. Do not use any chemicals on your stones. To clean, simply wipe with a soft damp cloth and pat dry. Always check conchos before each use. Tighten screws. You can apply glue or fingernail polish on screws to keep them secure. Store tack indoors.

Are your designs painted? 

Our first designs were hand-painted. As our business grew, we needed a more efficient way to get our designs onto the leather. We worked for several years developing our current design process. We image directly onto unfinished leather and then seal to create a permanent finish. It is a multi-step process, but the finished product is well worth the effort. This process allows for greater design detail, more font options, use of personal logos, and unlimited colors.

Does your finish peel off? 

Our finish is very durable. This is because we hand-craft each piece of leather and are able to prepare the leather surface before sewing and imaging. This is the key step in colorful designed leather. We have also spent a great deal of time experimenting with sealants, and are confident that we create the best imaged tack products on the market. If your finish peels or chips, we will repair it free of charge during the first year. Small shipping charge may apply.

What is your shipping policy? 

Most orders within the continental US are shipped USPS priority. Large orders will be sent UPS. Once your items are ready to ship, it usually takes 2 - 3 days for your order to arrive. In stock items ship right away. Other products may take up to 6 weeks. All products ship from our workshop located in Aubrey, Texas.

How much will shipping cost? 

We are very proud of our affordable shipping. We use USPS Priority Mail when possible. We use UPS for large orders. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

How much is international shipping? 

We ship all products to Canada and our shopping cart will calculate your shipping charge. Occasionally, we will need to adjust prices for actual shipping costs once we ship your order. We will contact you if there is a problem.

Shipping to other countries depends on restrictions. Some countries have restrictions on leather imports - please check your import policy. Deuces Wild is not responsible for any customs charges. Email us with questions.

What type of conchos do you use? 

We use the best conchos available to create our rhinestone conchos. There is an economy grade of concho out there - beware! We do NOT use them - they are thin and will easily tarnish. Our conchos are sturdy, thicker and are beautiful with or without bling! All concho bling is Swarovski.

What kind of rhinestones do you use? 

We use only Swarovski rhinestones. They are more expensive, but their bling is noticeably brighter. If you find less expensive conchos, they most likely are not using Swarovski.
Our rhinestone spots are made with Swarovski rhinestones. They are much nicer than the acrylic spots you often see on tack. Our spots are set in a rim setting with 2 spikes that go through the leather.


Do your rhinestones fall off or turn yellow? 

We use a very strong industrial adhesive. It will not dull the rhinestone color and will not yellow. Rhinestones stay put in freezing temperatures as well as hot Texas summers. We have tested its durability and are very pleased with the results.That said, the stones are crystal.When someone loses a stone, it is most always the stone that breaks - not the glue. Sweat and extreme temperatures may damage stones.


How do you care for designs on leather? 

Our leather designs are sealed for durablility. If pieces become dirty, just wipe clean with a damp cloth. You can apply leather oil to the back of your tack to keep it from drying out. Do not use any chemical cleaners on the finish.

What is your return policy? 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us right away! We will issue refunds (less shipping costs) for unused in stock merchandise returned within 14 days. We do not issue refunds on custom or personalized orders, but will gladly work with you to correct any problems you have with your order. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Where do you get your supplies? 

We get lots of requests from customers asking where to purchase leather, hardware, and supplies. We purchase all of our items from wholesale venders. We use Hermann Oak leather, bridle leather, high quality cowhides, stainless hardware, and Swarovski stones.

Safety Statement 

Our products are made for durability out of high quality leather. However, horses are powerful animals. Common sense and commitment to safety are essential when dealing with horses. We assume no liability for accidents caused from the use of our products. Dog collars are for decorative purposes only. They are not suitable for tie out.
